Inside the syllabus
This studio rotates case prompts drawn from Korean and international contexts: staffing pivots, vendor transitions, and community communication after incidents. You will role-play decisions, capture dissenting views ethically, and practice stakeholder sign-off language. Facilitators push for specificity—no vague courage speeches.
