Do you enroll teams outside Korea?Yes, when schedules align. Live studios default to Korea Standard Time; async paths are easier for global groups.Can you integrate with our LMS automatically?No. We provide files and guidance your IT team imports manually. Automatic LMS wiring is outside scope.Will facilitators sign external reviewer forms for us?No. We coach language and packets; your counsel or compliance office still signs official submissions.How quickly do you respond to email?We aim for one business day for routing, two for substantive answers that require facilitator input.Are recordings always available?Only when a cohort explicitly includes replay rights. Storage windows vary and appear in enrollment letters.Do you sell participant contact lists?No. We do not sell personal data. Optional analytics on this site measure navigation patterns only if you accept cookies.What if our district blocks certain conferencing tools?We maintain an alternate bridge list; your Client Success contact coordinates ahead of week one.Can individuals join without district sponsorship?Yes for select async paths. Cohort studios may prioritize district bundles when seats are tight.Do you guarantee outcomes?No. We describe methods and limitations honestly.
