Either party may end access to LedgerSpring Academy digital materials when written notice is delivered to [email protected]. Cohort participants remain responsible for fees already invoiced according to the refund article. We may suspend access immediately if materials are shared outside your licensed organization, if harmful conduct disrupts live sessions, or if required notices from regulators cannot be delivered. After termination, download links expire unless a separate written extension states otherwise.

By browsing this site, creating an account, or enrolling in a program, you accept these Terms of Use and any policies linked in the footer. If you disagree, discontinue use and contact [email protected] so we can close any provisional access. Continued participation after we post an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future activities; prior purchases remain governed by the version active at checkout.

LedgerSpring Academy provides professional learning experiences, downloadable templates, facilitator-led sessions, and advisory communications related to school leadership operations. Deliverables are educational, not legal, therapeutic, or investment advice. We may update session formats, facilitators, or schedules to maintain quality; substantive changes receive email notice when they materially affect timing or access windows you already purchased.

All curricula, slide frameworks, facilitator notes, and branded assets remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials inside your organization for operational planning and training while your enrollment is active. You may not resell, publicly syndicate, or strip our branding from assets. Where we incorporate open-licensed works, attribution stays embedded; do not remove those notices.

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, LedgerSpring Academy and its facilitators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or participation in programs. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single enrollment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrollment. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, limits apply only to the minimum extent required.

You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep credentials confidential, and notify [email protected] if you suspect misuse. You will not record live sessions without facilitator permission, harvest participant data, or upload malware. When representing a district or network, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these terms for the seats you purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction grant you immovable rights. Nothing in this section limits your ability to raise disputes through good-faith negotiation first.

We may adjust pricing for future cohorts, retire legacy templates, or introduce new modules. Announcements appear on this site and, when practical, via email. Price changes never apply retroactively to seats already invoiced unless required by law or payment processor rules.

Operational notices, receipts, and schedule changes are sent to the email you provide. You are responsible for reading messages promptly. If deliverability fails because of spam filters on your side, we still consider notices sent when our systems log delivery to your provider.

Some cohorts offer optional replay access. Replay availability is not guaranteed indefinitely; storage windows appear in your enrollment letter. You may not clip or redistribute replay segments without written permission except where disability accommodations require alternate formats, which we will negotiate case by case.

Templates and examples are educational. For counsel on contracts, employment, student privacy, or regulatory filings, consult qualified professionals in your jurisdiction. Our facilitators do not provide stamped approvals on your behalf.

These terms, together with linked policies, form the entire agreement regarding site use and digital services described here. Oral side agreements are void unless confirmed in writing by an authorized LedgerSpring representative.
