Refund Policy

Email [email protected] with your enrollment reference, reason, and preferred resolution. We acknowledge within five business days and outline next steps. Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless that method is impossible, in which case we propose an alternative traceable transfer.

This policy covers tuition-style fees for LedgerSpring Academy cohorts and digital bundles sold on this site. It does not cover third-party travel, substitute staffing costs, or software you buy separately from vendors we mention for illustration.

Refund correspondence uses [email protected]. Postal disputes should still start digitally so attachments remain organized. For regulatory inquiries, include any case numbers your counsel provides.

Full refunds are available when you cancel before the third live session or before digital workbook access if your product is entirely async. Partial credits apply afterward according to the schedule in the timeframe section. Misrepresentation on enrollment forms voids refund rights except where local law forbids such a clause.

No refunds after you download a complete certificate package early unless files are defective and we cannot repair them within ten business days. Custom district statements of work follow their annexed refund clauses. Promotional vouchers are non-cashable.

Approved refunds post within fourteen business days for card payments, sometimes faster depending on banks. Installment plans reverse future installments and may still reflect prior completed payments.

Instead of refunds, you may request a one-time transfer to another cohort start date if seats exist. Transfers must occur before the halfway point of your original schedule.

Where the Electronic Commerce Act or related consumer rules grant mandatory rights, those rights prevail over any conflicting sentence here. We do not waive non-waivable protections.

Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues quickly. Friendly chargeback resolution reduces freezes on your future enrollments.

Prices are listed in KRW. Refunds match the charged currency; conversion differences from your bank are outside our control.

If events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, widespread outages, government orders) prevent delivery, we may extend access or offer credits instead of cash refunds, balancing law and practicality case by case.

We retain refund decision logs for accountability. You may request a summary of your refund history tied to verified identity.
