Contact
The data controller for this site is LedgerSpring Academy, reachable at [email protected] and at the postal address shown in the footer. For privacy questions, use the subject line “Privacy request” so routing stays fast. If you represent a data subject who cannot email directly, include proof of authority in line with Korean personal information protection practice.
Data collected
We collect identifiers you submit on forms (name, email, organization), technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps), and usage signals from essential and optional analytics cookies when you opt in. Payment-related tokens are handled by processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Workshop chat exports may be retained briefly for quality review then minimized.
Your rights
Depending on your role and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control. We respond within reasonable timelines and may ask for verification. Where deletion conflicts with accounting or dispute records, we explain the limitation and retain only what law requires.
Retention
Marketing inquiries retire after twenty-four months of inactivity unless you renew consent. Enrollment records, billing artifacts, and attendance logs follow tax and consumer rules, often seven years for certain categories. Analytics aggregates may persist in de-identified form without expiration.
Third parties
We rely on hosting, email delivery, conferencing, and analytics subprocessors under written agreements. Subprocessors only receive data needed for their function. A current descriptive list is available on request to [email protected]; major changes receive notice on this policy page.
Scope
This policy covers euguark.digital and related enrollment flows we operate directly. Partner districts may run their own systems; when they do, their notices govern those systems even if we link to them for convenience.
Use of data
Data is used to deliver programs, secure accounts, improve templates, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data as traditionally defined. Optional analytics help us understand navigation patterns; reject optional cookies if you prefer we skip those measurements.
Security measures
We apply transport encryption, access controls, and vendor monitoring. No online system is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly so we can coordinate containment and notices where required.
Children
Our professional programs target adult school leaders. We do not knowingly enroll children. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it unless retention is legally required.
International transfers
Infrastructure may process data outside Korea. Where transfers occur, we rely on contractual clauses and vendor certifications appropriate to the destination. You may request additional documentation for your procurement review.
Automated decisions
We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you. Facilitator assignments and cohort balancing involve human judgment even when spreadsheets assist ranking.
Policy changes
We update this page when practices shift materially. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after posting means you acknowledge the update unless applicable law requires explicit consent for a new processing purpose.
