Inside the syllabus
Principals carry competing demands from families, faculty, and central offices. This course anchors weekly decisions in simple outcome maps, cross-team workflow sketches, and activity logs you can share in leadership huddles. You will rehearse facilitation language, build a one-page reconciliation view of initiatives, and leave with templates sized for Korean public and private contexts. The studio blends short live sessions with self-paced field tasks so teams can pilot one change cycle before the closing workshop.
What is included
- Weekly live studio with Academic Director and rotating guest facilitator
- Allocation canvas toolkit with worked examples from multi-campus groups
- Peer triads for async review of your one-page operational brief
- Office-hour blocks for clarifying scope with Client Success
- Scenario bank covering staffing shifts, vendor changes, and seasonal events
- Quality standards checklist aligned to common reviewer expectations
- Closing stakeholder sign-off packet for your pilot initiative
Artifacts you ship
- Publish a defensible one-page narrative linking initiatives to learner-facing goals.
- Run a 20-minute huddle using the cross-org workflow language from week 3.

Course questions
Do we need district data exports before day one?
No. Week 1 uses anonymized samples. If your district can share aggregates later, facilitators will help you fold them in without exposing sensitive rows.
Is this only for large campuses?
No. Small schools often finish faster; exercises scale down to single-building leadership pairs.
What is not included?
We do not procure software for you, write vendor contracts, or represent you to external reviewers. We teach you how to prepare materials you still own end-to-end.
Experience notes
Week 2 allocation canvas forced our team to name trade-offs we had been dodging. The Resource Priorities module language is now in our leadership handbook.
Still wish the async videos were 10% shorter, but the triad reviews were sharper than any PD I took last year.
